Data Deletion
You may request the deletion of your personal data from Mirra AI at any time. This includes your account data, the briefs and content you created, and integration credentials (including Facebook and Instagram access tokens).
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@mirraai.net with the subject “Data deletion”.
- Use the same email registered with your Mirra AI account, so we can identify it.
- We will process your request and delete your personal data within 30 days.
Certain data may be retained only where required by legal obligation (for example, access logs for 6 months under the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, and tax records for 5 years), and deleted at the end of those periods. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Mirra AI, deletion will remove the stored access tokens and end the integration.
